  • Developed a channel strategy, annual strategic planning process and governance model, collaborating with >100 stakeholders at a top-10 mid-west financial services firm. To make the planning process repeatable, created and implemented an analytical model incorporating inputs from Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, customer segmentation data and channel parameters
  • Developed an analytics based, executable and repeatable location strategy for managing a top-10 US bank Operations. Scope included >80 sites, >100 Operations' functions, ~7000 FTE and stakeholders from LOBs, Tech, Finance, Realty Services, HR, etc.
  • Administered project portfolio planning/budgeting for a large financial services client (~$750M across ~200 large and ~900 business cases)
  • Analyzed costs across LOB’s, products and activity detail (Front, Middle and Back office) for the Institutional Clients group (>$300M expense base) of a top 5 Bank, struggling with cost transparency and inefficiencies
  • Conducted detailed (Ops, Tech, Client Service, Legal and Compliance, Finance) assessment of expenses and savings opportunities for a multi-boutique investment manager (~$25B AUM) – advised on operating model (including shared services) and governance mechanism
  • Facilitated discussions among executive, technology, policy and accounting groups at a top-5 US bank and helped interpret and apply specific accounting policies (on over $100M spend in scope)
