  • Designed the business operating model for the asset management function (>$300B AUM, across 80 countries) of a large multi-line insurer; scope included Investment Management, Asset Class Management, Middle/Back Office and Investment Accounting
  • Helped negotiate divergent interests on existing mortgage lending models with 40 client stakeholders across 3 business units (of a top-5 US bank) to develop a comprehensive mortgage pricing strategy
