Managing Partner: Amit Mittal
Amit is the founder and managing partner of AUM Research helping banking clients with operational turnaround, bringing about two decades of domestic and international consulting experience. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at PNC Bank leading their strategic initiatives. His core competencies include Turnaround Execution, Strategic Assessment / Planning, Enterprise Cost Mgmt. and Business/Operating Model Design. Earlier, Amit was a Senior Manager (~Associate Partner) with the Strategy and Operations practice of Deloitte Consulting. In addition to client service, he also built and managed the financial services consulting practice for one of Deloitte’s regions. Amit’s representative clients include Citi, Regions Bank, Key Bank, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Banco Popular, US Bank, Consumer Bankers Association, AIG, Nuveen Investments, Nationwide, State Farm and Liberty Mutual. Amit serves on the Board (and chairs the Finance Committee) of Hudson Library and Historical Society.
